GLS received repeat order to build RO system with capacity of 300 CMD from long-time customer, Padma Hotels. After successful Padma Legian and Padma Ubud, this time Padma build new luxurious property with state-of-the-art Convention centre in the heart of capital of Central Java, Semarang.

This 224 rooms hotel is equipped with one of the biggest convention halls in Semarang has a high standard when it comes to water quality. Our specially designed RO system gives added value to all guests as well as for all utilities in the hotel.

GLS received repeat order from Kaltim Daya Mandiri/KDM (Subsidiary of Pupuk Kaltim) in Bontang. This is the third MMF tank installed by GLS in cooperation with KDM at Pupuk Kaltim property.
GLS MMF is unique since it is using AFM as Filtration Media in this tank, instead of widely used Carbon Sand Filter. GLS Media is superior in terms of filtration capability as well as lifetime. Made from recycle materials, it requires no other maintenance other than regular backwash at the end of the day. This Media Filter has wide applications, from big scale as installed in Pupuk Kaltim, all the way to small-scale household applications.

GLS awarded contract from Nindya Karya to build SWRO system for PDAM  as end user. This system is uniquely designed to anticipate intrusion of sea water in Serayu River, where this system is located. With capacity of 3x40CMH this system will be part of new Water Treatment Plant own by PDAM Cilacap with total capacity of 200 litre per second.

This new system will support PDAM Tirta Wijaya to supply clean water for industrial area in Cilacap.

AXIA SOUTH CIKARANG

Cikarang, home to the biggest Industrial estates in Southeast Asia. Located approximately 1,5 hours from Jakarta. Due to the Industrial, it also attracts people to reside in Cikarang. GLS is constructing Water Treatment Plant is Axia South Apartment. Located in Cikarang residential area, just next door to its Industrial neighbour. Axia Apartment mainly attracts expatriates working in Cikarang Industrial Area, therefore mostly expats reside in this Apartement.

This put more burden in the Infrastructure of the Apartment, since expats assign high standard when it comes to water.

GLS constructed Filtration and Chemical dosing unit for fresh running water to serve all the units in this apartment. Working together with Takenaka as the Main Contractor of this project. GLS has ensure that the fresh water in Axia South Apartment has met government standard for quality as well as the quantity needed by its residents.

PT GLS received the honour to construct Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Package for The Kimpton. The Kimpton, a unique Golf Course Resort, is an all Villas property, categorized as Luxurious Boutique Resort operated by INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL GROUP (IHG). Located in the prestigious Nusa Dua area, inside the Bali National Golf Club, The Kimpton sits in the heart of Bali tourism area, yet being in the middle of a Golf Course, green and tranquil atmosphere is heavily dominant.

Private Salt water pool is available at all 50 villas in this property. To fulfil the needs of fresh water in the property, GLS constructed Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis with capacity of 160-meter cube per day. This system is robust, easy to maintain and operate, as well as low operating expense. The system is designed to fulfilled continuous hotel operation by means of limited stopping time for maintenance and or parts replacement.
